Applications are now open for this season's Ireland's Fittest Family as the hit RTÉ show is set to return for its thirteenth year on screen later this year.
The hugely popular series promises an even bigger season in 2025 with more excitement and twists in store for viewers.
Last year, the Cummins from Kilkenny took home the coveted title of Ireland's Fittest Family under the guidance of hurling legend Davy Fitzgerald - could it be another Kilkenny family next year?

The show will start filming this summer between May and mid August and each family will be required for up to eight days of filming over this period.
So what exactly are the requirements?
Each team must have at least one male and one female member and at least two generations.
Additionally, a team can be made up of four immediate family members and if this isn't possible then three immediate family members and an extended family member. For example, an extended family member would count as a grandparent, first cousin, aunt or uncle.
Then, finally, the minimum age to participate is 14 years old, turning 14 by June 14, 2025.
