The marriage took place of Emmet Nugent and Agata Wolska last Friday (28th) in The Church of The Holy Cross, Cuffesgrange. The ceremony was performed by Fr Hennessy with Brian Comerford as Best Man and Aisling Rafferty as Maid of Honour.
The newlyweds celebrated with family and friends afterwards in The Grange Inn with the party moving to Albufeira, Portugal in early September where Emmet and Agata will be joined by over 100 family and friends at the 'Foreign' leg of the Nuptials.
And not to be outdone by his dad Jim, Emmet repeated his Father's actions of 36 years ago by playing a match the day after his wedding. Emmet played his part in CK Utd's 2v1 win against Newbridge Town in their first ever game in the League of Ireland, on Saturday afternoon in Carlow.
