Permission is being sought for the construction of four two-bedroomed holiday homes in County Kilkenny.
The site is located at Kate's Rest, Clomantagh Lower, County Kilkenny.
Also sought is an on-site car parking area, access through existing dwelling entrance, connection to group water scheme, landscaping and all associated site works.
The application is currently in the pre-validation stage with Kilkenny County Council.
