Permission has been refused for four two-bedroom holiday homes on a site in Clomantagh Lower, County Kilkenny.
Also planned was an on-site car parking area and the provision of laundry services.
The applicant also sought a connection to the group water scheme and permission for a foul effluent treatment system and percolation area.
Permission was refused by Kilkenny County Council on May 11, 2023.
