Plans have been submitted seeking permission to build eight housing units at Tullaroan, County Kilkenny.
The units are planned to be semi -detached, two storey, three-bedroom dwellings (with optional ground floor rear extensions).
Connection to the existing foul, storm and water main infrastructure is also sought.
The applicant is also seeking permission to demolish two existing sheds on the site and a front boundary wall.
The application is awaiting validation by Kilkenny County Council.
