Plans for a housing development in North Kilkenny have been turned down by Kilkenny County Council.
The applicant, M B Homes Ltd, was seeking permission for four two-bed and ten three-bed houses at Donaguile, Castlecomer, County Kilkenny.
They also sought permission to conduct all associated site works on the lands.
Permission was refused on August 8, 2023.
The applicant retains the right to appeal the decision to An Bord Pleanála.
