A decision is due soon on plans seeking to retain a 98ft telecoms tower in Catstown, Hugginstown, County Kilkenny.
The lattice mobile and broadband tower was previously granted planning permission and its retention is being sought by Cignal Infrastructure Ltd.
The tower consists of a delta headframe carrying telecommunications equipment, together with associated equipment and cabinets enclosed within a 2.4m palisade fence compound on Coillte land.
A decision is due from Kilkenny County Council by October 23, 2023.
