SuperValu at Market Cross, Kilkenny City
UPDATE: SuperValu have since confirmed the closure - CLICK HERE FOR FULL DETAILS.
It is understood that the SuperValu outlet in Market Cross Shopping Centre in Kilkenny City is to close its doors next month.
A number of sources have relayed information about the pending closure to The Kilkenny People but it has yet to be officially confirmed. Several staff have said they learned of the news yesterday.
The Kilkenny People have reached out to the supermarket's press agency for comment and are awaiting a response.
