Plans have been lodged seeking to change the use of an existing residential dwelling in Kilkenny into a veterinary clinic.
The development is to include a single-storey extension to the rear of the dwelling and a two-storey extension to the side and front to include a residential apartment on the first floor.
The dwelling is listed as Birchfield on the Waterford Road in Kilkenny City.
The applicant is Village Veterinary and a decision is due from the local authority by February 6, 2024.
