Concerned Kilkenny residents to hold meeting on flooding issue

A public meeting to respond to the on-going flooding on the Lismaine Road in Jenkinstown, which links the Ballyragget Road with Freshford will take place on Wednesday, December 13 at the Conahy Shamrocks GAA grounds.

Due to severe flooding, the road has been closed for the past number of weeks.

Private residences and local businesses have been seriously impacted as a result of the flooding and are eager to see a resolution to the issue.

The meeting begins at 8pm and everyone is invited to attend.
