The Bennettsbridge Healthy Clubs are facilitating a 'Know Your Numbers' morning on Saturday from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the GAA clubhouse.
All are welcome to get their blood pressure, blood sugar and BMI checked free of charge. Dietetic advice will be available - no need to book, just turn up.
People can also join Team Bennettsbridge for the Irish Life Step Challenge for 2024.
Team Bennettsbridge is registered to complete a 4,000km challenge which starts on January 8 and ends on February 12.
