Hebron Ventures Ltd have lodged plans for a housing development on a site located to the rear of Lidl supermarket on the Waterford Road in Kilkenny City.
Planned are 18 dwelling units consisting of 6 three-bedroom terraced houses, a two-storey duplex block consisting of 4 one-bedrooms units and 4 two-bedroom units and 4 four-bedroom terraced houses.
A new vehicle entrance off of the Waterford Road is also sought, as well as a pedestrian link to the neighbouring supermarket carpark, a pedestrian link through to the neighbouring school site, surface level parking, cycle parking, refuse storage, public lighting, landscaping and public realm upgrade works, and all associated site works.
A decision is due from Kilkenny County Council by June 3, 2024.
