The 'Ranch Fest' music festival, which was due to take place in Tullaroan on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5 has been postponed due to recent high volumes of rainfall.
The event was set to feature acts such as Jenny Greene, Dan McCabe and Sina Theil but the location wasn't deemed suitable on health and safety grounds.
"We have been faced to make a hard decision to postpone Ranch Fest 2024 to a further date due to the recent high volume of rainfall the site has been deemed not fit for set up by a health and safety engineer," Event Organiser, Tommy Hackett commented.
"To set up the festival without causing serious damage to the grounds would be impossible," he added.
"We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused, a new date will be announced in the coming days."
"Any tickets purchased will be fully valid going forward. Please stay tuned for a new date announcement," he said.
"As they say the show must go on!," Hackett concluded.
