Kilkenny County Council, in partnership with Cairn and Glenveagh Homes Ltd, have launched the first 'Affordable Housing Fund' in Kilkenny City under the 'Affordable Purchase Scheme'.
35 A-rated three-bed homes at Nyne Park on the Callan Road and ten A-rated three-bed homes at Cluain Glasan on the Granges Road are available to first-time buyer applicants who need assistance purchasing a home.
The closing date for applications is today (Wednesday) at 12noon.
