Terry Foley has taken the helm as President of Kilkenny Rotary Club for 2024-25.
He was presented with the chain by outgoing President Elaine O'Dwyer.
"Thank you Elaine for your dedicated commitment to the Club for the past year and congratulations on a successful term," Kilkenny Rotary Club said in a statement.
"At the same time we say welcome to Terry Foley, our President for 2024-2025. We know that the Club is in safe hands and we look forward to another successful year."
Kilkenny Rotary Club meet every Monday at lunchtime in The Club House Hotel in Kilkenny City and would be very happy to see new people at any of their meetings.
The purpose of Rotary is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.
Rotary Clubs are based in local communities, where members meet on a regular basis to enjoy friendship, networking and to plan projects.
