A licensing application for a new Tesco store in Kilkenny has been withdrawn, at the district court.
At Tuesday’s sitting of the court solicitor Chris Hogan informed the court of the withdrawal.
No other information was given.
A district court licence must be obtained for a bar or off licence to sell intoxicating liquor.
