Kilkenny native Clodagh is a student on the MSc in Digital Marketing & Analytics, based in TUS Moylish campus in Limerick.
As part of the requirements, students can opt to create a digital marketing strategy for a real company, offering them valuable and practical experience.
As a Marketing Executive with Kilkenny Design, Clodagh worked closely with the business to deliver a strategic social media campaign aimed at attracting 18 to 24-year-olds.
“I’m so excited to have won such a prestigious award for my work with Kilkenny Design," Clodagh said.
"I’m very passionate about digital marketing and I’m so grateful to have started my career on such a high. I can’t wait to see what the future brings."
Kilkenny Design CEO Evelyn Moynihan said that the business is 'super proud of our Kilkenny Design colleague Clodagh Henderson winning the Digital Marketing Student of the Year at the Digital Media Awards'.
"Clodagh is a rising star in our business, and her work on our social media channels is really shining through," she added.
Following closely on her classmate’s heels, Shruti Nadagouda, another Moylish campus-based student was awarded silver in the category.
Completing the hat trick, the bronze went to Yinxin Lee from the TUS Athlone campus for her work with Midlandjobs.ie.
Now in its 21st year, the Digital Media Awards recognise exemplary dedication and excellence in the industry right across Ireland.
