Tánaiste Micheál Martin TD was out canvassing in Kilkenny today for party colleagues John McGuinness TD and Cllr Peter 'Chap' Cleere, who are both primed to contest the next General Election for Fianna Fáil.
The Tánaiste visited a number of locations around Kilkenny, even meeting with local shoppers at Dunnes Stores in MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre.
Mr Martin also attended a pre-Budget luncheon in the Newpark Hotel, where he delivered a keynote speech.
