Member of the Kilkenny garda roads policing unit participated in a multi-agency checkpoint on Tuesday afternoon.
The checkpoint yielded 'one green diesel detection, a bench warrant arrest and a no insurance capture as well as a few other offences', according to a garda spokesperson.
"They never established how many shades of green diesel but any emerald tinge in your tank earns a trip to the District Court," the spokesperson added.
