St Luke's General Hospital
HSE Dublin and South-East have confirmed that all outpatient appointments, excluding obstetrics, in St Luke’s General Hospital, Carlow/Kilkenny are cancelled today - Friday, January 10.
According to the HSE, the reason is 'due to the ongoing adverse weather conditions'.
