Kilkenny graduates from designated Irish institutions can now vote in Seanad elections, with new rules replacing the NUI and Trinity constituencies with a six-seat 'Higher Education' constituency.
The list of designated institutions can be accessed here.
Graduates must register at www.seanadvoter.ie by January 23, 2025, providing a PPS number and passport photo.

The first register will be published on 1 April 2025, with annual updates from 2026.
Those on the NUI and Trinity registers must re-register to secure their vote.
