All branches of St Canice's Credit Union will close on Friday, January 24.
"Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you during our adjusted hours," they added.
"The safety of our members and staff is of top priority. The decision to close is not taken lightly and we appreciate your understanding," a spokesperson commented.
Meanwhile, due to the Status Red Weather Warning, Castlecomer Credit Union will open at the later time of 12pm on Friday.
"The safety of our members and staff is our top priority. We encourage everyone to take precautions and stay safe during this severe weather," a spokesperson for the credit union said.
