A new warehouse to be built at Business Park on Kilkenny Road
Planning permission has been granted for the construction of a new warehouse in Kilkenny.
P Bergin & Sons filed for planning permission which was received on June 28 of 2024 and granted on February 28, 2025.
The warehouse will be built on the Northwestern portion of the Purcellsinch Business Park site, of their existing warehouse and logistics facility.
The warehouse will comprise of a portal frame metal clad structure and will include a roof mounted PV Solar Cells.
The development will include a 2988 m2 ground floor space, loading bay facilities located at the southeastern end of the building, with access through existing site entrance,
This will cause the closing of the existing entrance to the Northwestern portion of the site.
There will be a connection to existing services on site, modification to existing concrete yards and a relocation of existing car park spaces and all associated site works.
