REVEALED: Kilkenny land to go under the hammer as part of summer sale

Auctions will take place throughout the summer, seeing several parcels of prime farmland in Kilkenny and other counties going under the hammer.

Joe Coogan Auctioneer, with expertise knowledge of selling lands, has several land sales coming on board in the next few months.

All auctions will be held each Friday at 3pm at the auction room, Ballycomey House, Castlecomer, County Kilkenny, R95 NN6D.

On Friday, June 6, 60 acres in lots situated at Ballynagall, Ballickmoyle, Co Laois will go on auction. This features a residence with farm buildings.

Friday July 11, 18.5 acres in one lot, situated at Doonane, Crettyard will also go under the hammer.

Featuring land in four counties, the auctions will feature land in Kilkenny, Tipperary and Carlow.

An auction on Friday May 30 will feature a 22 acres residence with farm buildings available in lots situated at New Road Monenroe, Castlecomer Co. Kilkenny.

On Friday, June 20, a lot consisting of 34 acres at Nerwchruch, Kilmoganny, Co Kilkenny will go on auction.

Friday, July 4 will see an 11-acre field, situated at Lower Muckalee, Co Kilkenny for sale.

On Friday, July 25, a 12-acre field, situated at Gorthnahoe will be open for bidding.

Friday, August 8 will see 40 acres available in one block, situated at Ballinaboley, Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow.
