An Garda Síochana in Kilkenny have vowed to keep catching drug drivers following two arrests locally this week.
Two drivers, one in Kilkenny City and another in the Castlecomer area were intercepted by gardaí under the influence of cocaine and without insurance.
"No arguing 'it's Manflu'," An Garda Síochana posted to social media.
"While that terrible affliction that affects the male of the species is around at the moment, two Drug Drivers were arrested today (Friday) who'd clearly been snorting more than Sinex," the post added.
"Both failed Oral Fluid tests showing positive for Cocaine. Two no-insurance detections too. Court awaits all these motorists. We'll keep catching them, no apologies."
