Anxiety grows as bed shortages continue at St Luke’s Hospital in Kilkenny

St Luke's General Hospital

There are 14 patients waiting for a trolley in the emergency department at St Luke's General Hospital in Kilkenny today (Thursday) and a further 14 patients waiting on the latest INMO Trolley Watch figures.

Nationally, there are 556 patients waiting for beds, 358 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 198 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
