The novel way a van driver improvised a wing mirror in Kilkenny has been exposed by gardaí.
In a social media post, local gardaí stated that the van was intercepted by one of their bike members on Rose Inn Street in the city and was subsequently seized under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act.
"He also saved us the bother of blurring out the registration number on the DOE and Tax disc as there wasn't any number," gardaí remarked.
"In fairness the tyres weren't great either."
