Dog found in 'skin and bone' condition in Kilkenny

A pointer dog found in 'skin and bone' condition was rescued recently by Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter based in Paulstown.

"She was so scared she had to be caught in a dog trap by the Dog Warden," the shelter stated on social media.

The animal was naturally 'very scared' but started winning the trust of the staff in the shelter quickly.

She has now been booked to rescue and is ready to begin a new and loving chapter in her life.
