Products recalled from shops due to possible choking risk - Kilkenny Live

A batch of jelly products have been recalled from Irish shops due to a possible choking risk.

According to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI), the jelly cups (pack size 360g, approval number 00448) are being removed from stores as they may cause choking due to the presence of certain unauthorised gel-forming additives.

Notices will be displayed at point-of-sale.

Retailers are requested to remove the implicated batch from sale and display recall notices at point of sale and consumers are advised not to eat the implicated sweets.
