Kilkenny City traffic will be subject to a stop-go system outside St Luke's Hospital for several hours this evening (Monday, January 23).
According to Kilkenny County Council a traffic management system will be in place on the Freshford Road between 6.30pm and 11.30pm. Some delays can be expected in the area.
