David Fogarty
David is from Galmoy in Co. Kilkenny. After secondary school at Coláiste Mhuire in Johnstown, David went to University College Dublin to study Agricultural Science, graduating in 2014 with a First Class Honours degree. In his time since UCD, David has spent two years working with Teagasc, Ireland’s State agri research, education and knowledge transfer body in various roles. David has also worked and travelled around New Zealand and Australia for three years. For the last three years, he has been managing a large dairy farm in Co. Wexford. In his spare time, he likes to meet up with friends for a quiet pint or hop in the car and explore Ireland’s sights. He is also involved with Galmoy GAA club and is a keen Kilkenny hurling supporter.
