Catherine Martin, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media
The Minister for Media Catherine Martin is facing questions at an Oireachtas committee this Tuesday evening about her handling of recent events that led to the resignation of Siún Ní Raghallaigh as chair of the RTÉ Board.
Ms Ní Raghallaigh resigned last Friday - hours after the minister failed to express confidence in her during an interview on RTÉ's Prime Time.
Following Ms Ní Raghallaigh's resignation, Ms Martin was invited to appear before a special sitting of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Tourism, Culture, Arts, Sport and Media.
The session, which is scheduled to continue for three hours, can be viewed below.
