The Traitors Ireland has commenced.
Here is a first look at the 24 contestants, from all across Ireland, as they step inside Slane Castle to take part in the very first Irish series of the global phenomenon. Each brings their own personality, background and game plan but who will survive the twists, turns and betrayals that lie ahead.
A group of strangers arrive at the castle in County Meath. Their mission: to win €50,000 without getting murdered or banished (in the game, of course).
The twist? The Traitors walk amongst them, sowing doubt and deceit at every turn with the Faithfuls jobs to find the Traitors and banish them from the game before they 'murder' them. The Traitors however, their job is to go undetected, causing the Faithfuls to banish each other instead, and murder one Faithful each night.
If any Traitor(s) make it to the finale undetected they steal the entire prize pot from the Faithfuls, as their last devious act is taking it all for themselves.
Hosted by Siobhan McSweeney, viewers can expect scheming and speculation over banquet breakfasts, exhilarating challenges and enough drama and doubt to make even the most loyal viewer question their instincts.
The Traitors Ireland continues every Sunday at 9:30pm, Monday and Tuesday at 9:35pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player. Catch up on all the betrayal, banter and behind-the-scenes bombshells with The Traitors Ireland: Uncloaked directly after The Traitors Ireland.
