A fundraiser has been set up in a bid to help a Kilkenny family after a devastating fire tragically engulfed their home and possessions.
The fire occurred in The Rower on Sunday afternoon and within minutes of noticing smoke, the property was fully blaze.
Thankfully, both Maisie and Mary Roche managed to escape the blaze with their dogs, but have been left with ‘little but the clothes on their backs’.

Unfortunately, the house insurance recently lapsed, according to the fundraiser, and they are now left with few options to rebuild their lives.
