Kilkenny's Fanna Fáil Councillor, Michael McCarthy, wishes the firefighters in Urlingford every success on their move to the new state-of-the-art fire station.

A statement says: "This will be of huge benefit to the firefighters and will provide additional facilities for training and room to carry out their important work.

Also to the Chief Fire Officer and Director of Fire Services for their input in the provision of this facility."
