Gardaí have issued an appeal after a sum of money was found in an area of Kilkenny.
"If you found a large amount of cash in Freshford yesterday afternoon/evening it's not a gift from above," gardaí stated.
"A local person has lost same and if you can assist in getting it back to them, please call Gardai in Kilkenny on 056 7775000."
