A Kilkenny town was under a blanket of snow at the weekend as County Kilkenny faced Status Orange Snow/Ice conditions.

Across the county, the freezing conditions show no signs of abating, with a Met Eireann Status Yellow Weather Warning for 'ice and lying snow' in place until Friday.
