A decision is due next Monday on plans seeking the partial change of use of an ‘existing shop’ to ‘restaurant and takeaway’ at Kellymount, Paulstown, County Kilkenny (R95 AV88).

According to the information submitted with the planning application online, the front of the building is to ‘remain as shop’.

Permission is also being sought for new signage to the front elevation and all associated site works.
