Last Sunday, March 2, at Oldtown, Ballyragget, the Annual Conahy Vintage Club Ploughing competition took place.
A large number of competitors turned up together with a big turn out of spectators. They weren’t disappointed as the standard of ploughing was very high on the day.
There was delight when the overall winner was announced as local man Michael Bergin. A great day was had by all.
