Pictures: Launch of 30th Ballyfoyle Show - a Kilkenny summer favourite!

Autism-friendly show has something for all the family

Celebrations all around as Ballyfoyle Agricultural Show announce their 30th show which will  be held on June 29th this year. This autism-friendly show aims to be welcoming for all, with  the presence of the Senco Bus helping to ensure a fun-filled and inclusive family day out.  Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Homecare Team and other local charities . 

At their recent launch in Newpark Hotel , Daragh Callanan announced a jam-packed  schedule of activities. The showjumping arenas will offer many of the usual classes for both  ponies and horses along with the much anticipated 1.35m Grand Prix . Definitely not to be  missed by competitors and spectators alike. 

On the showing side, the committee is again delighted to hold three RDS qualifiers -The  Intermediate Side Saddle, The Ladies Side Saddle and The Racehorse To Riding Horse. The  showing field will run 5 rings, catering for ponies, horses, working hunter and youngstock  classes.
