Butler Gallery hosted ‘An audience with Dr Manizha Khan’ last Friday, as part of Refugee Week.
In a public interview with Liam Kelly O'Rourke of Kilkenny Live/ Kilkenny People Dr Khan told her story of fleeing the Taliban and rebuilding her life in Ireland.
Everyone was also invited to add a stitch to the embroidery table as part of the ‘Home is Here’ event — showcasing how community is our superpower. Click the arrows above to see more photographs.
