Bernie Woods, also known as The Meaningful Muinteoir, is a creative mindful practitioner for school-going children. She published her first series of children’s mindful poetry books last year - Meaningful Mindful Poetry. The judges remarked that her business is ‘already making a significant positive impact on society as well as benefiting future generations’.
