There was great 'pulling power' in South Kilkenny, recently, for the eleventh, annual running of the Murt and Minty memorial tractor run.
Held in memory of Martin (Murt) Duggan and Sean (Minty) Malone, organisers were delighted with the huge turnout of vehicles and spectators.
The cavalcade drew cheers from the crowds who lined out along the route, which travelled from Ballyhale to Lukeswell, Mullinavat, Milltown cross, Templeorum and Hugginstown before returning to Ballyhale.
All funds raised from the Murt and Minty Run will go to local charities.
