Kevin Moore Building Contractors Ltd have submitted plans to construct 54 housing units on a site at Cloghabrody, Thomastown, County Kilkenny.
Six four-bed houses, forty-two three-bed houses, two two-bed houses, two three-bed duplex houses and two two-bed duplex apartments are planned.
Also sought is a new vehicular and pedestrian/cycle entrance off the R448 Dublin Road, a temporary construction phase site entrance off the R700 Kilkenny Road and all associated landscaping and site development works.
The planning application was submitted on March 7, 2023.
Kilkenny County Council are expected to make a decision by May 1, 2023.
