Hadview Taverns Limited have received planning permission to complete six houses at Archersleas, Callan Road, Kilkenny.
Also sought was vehicular access to the Callan Road and new stone-clad boundary wall to the Callan Road.
The six houses will form part of a larger development at the site, that has already been granted permission by Kilkenny County Council.
Permission was granted to complete the six houses, subject to 32 conditions, on June 1, 2023.
