Newpark Lodge on the Castlecomer Road in Kilkenny City recently sold for the princely sum of €1,271,428.
That's according to figures from the Property Price Register.
The sale was registered on June 15, 2023.
The Residential Property Price Register is produced by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) pursuant to section 86 of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011.
