Kilmacomma, Clonmel
REA Stokes & Quirke online auction last week sold a derelict two-bed cottage on circa 8.5 acres at Kilmacomma, Clonmel.
The property sold for €236,500 after 214 bids.
The asking price was €125,000.
Holding with the benefit of a derelict two-bedroom cottage thereon, and a large range of farm buildings.
The lands and house are south facing and enjoy superb views of the surrounding countryside and are laid out in six small fields bounded by forestry to the rear.
The two-bedroom house requires complete renovation but is magnificently situated.
