Hendoy Construction Ltd are seeking permission to construct 12 new dwellings at Kilmaganny, County Kilkenny.
The dwellings are planned to comprise of 4 x two-storey two-bed terraced dwellings, 4 x two-storey three-bed semi-detached dwellings and 4 x two-storey three-bed detached dwellings.
Also sought is a new common entrance onto the public road, central common green amenity area, parking spaces and all associated works.
A decision on the plans is expected by August 24, 2023.
