Plans have been lodged to construct ten single-storey dwellings 'for elderly and special needs' at Barrowmount, Goresbridge, County Kilkenny.
Also planned is a connection to the mains sewer and the utilisation of an existing well on site.
A new entrance to Cluain Mhuire Estate is also sought.
A decision is due on the plans by November 19, 2023.
