Ormonde Homes Limited has submitted a planning application to Kilkenny County Council
Ormonde Homes Limited has submitted a planning application to Kilkenny County Council seeking permission for amendments to a previously approved residential development at Poulgour, on the outskirts of Kilkenny City.
The proposed changes relate to Planning Ref: 23/60006, and would see a redesign of part of the residential scheme.
The developer is seeking to replace 12 approved three-storey, three-bedroom units with a revised mix comprising 8 three-storey, three-bedroom units and 4 three-storey, four-bedroom homes.

The plans also include associated elevational alterations, as well as all related site and ancillary works.
Kilkenny County Council is expected to make a decision on the revised application by June 8, 2025.
However, this timeline could be extended if the local authority seeks further information from the applicant.
